THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 95-2
Being a By-law to amend By-law 93-54, being a
by-law to amend By-law 78-63 to establish the Orono
Arena as a Community Centre in accordance with the
Community Recreation Centre Act, R.S.O. , (1990)
C. 22 and, to provide for the establishment of a
Community Centre Board and to repeal By-law 94-11 .
WHEREAS THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON considers
it desirable to amend By-law 78-63 ;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS :
THAT By-law 93-54, as amended, is hereby amended as follows :
1 . THAT the wording in Paragraph 2 : "annually by resolution
of Council" be deleted and replaced with: "for a term
concurrent with the term of the appointing Council or
until a successor is appointed. "
2 . THAT Schedule "A" attached hereto shall form part of this
By-law.
3 . THAT By-law 94-11 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 16th day of January, 1995 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 16th day of
January, 1995 .
