BY-LAW 95-157
Being a By-law to amend By-law #95-10,
as amended, being a By-law to appoint
Members to the Local Architectural
Advisory Committee for the Municipality
of Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington deems it expedient to amend By-law #95-10, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington hereby enacts as follows :
THAT By-law #95-10, as amended, is hereby amended by deleting the
following names therefrom:
"E. John Bizzell
David Wing"
and adding the following names thereto:
"Linda Kiff, 4667 Bethesda Road, Bowmanville, L1C 3K5
Rob Nelson, 8 Victoria Street, Orono, LOB 1MO,
James A. Vinson, 22 Old Kingston Road, Courtice, L1E 2R8"
By-law read a first and second time this 13th day of
November, 1995 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of
November, 1995 .
