BY-LAW 95-145
Being a By-law to amend By-law #94-196 being a
By-law to appoint Members to the Clarington
Public Library Board.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deems it
expedient to amend By-law #94-196;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington hereby enacts as follows :
THAT By-law #94-196 is hereby amended as follows :
THAT the following name be deleted:
"Jacob Vander Scheel'
and replaced with:
"Rick Morrison" .
By-law read a first and second time this 16th day of
October, 1995 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 16th day of
October, 1995 .
