BY-LAW 95-132
Being a By-law to amend By-law #95-10, being a
By-law to appoint Members to the Local
Architectural Advisory Committee for the
Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deems it
expedient to amend By-law #95-10;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington hereby enacts as follows :
THAT By-law #95-60 is hereby amended by deleting the following
name therefrom:
Councillor John O'Toole
and replacing it with the following name:
Councillor Carson Elliott
By-law read a first and second time this 25th day of
September, 1995 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of
September, 1995 .
