THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 95-131
Being a By-law to amend By-law #95-60, being a
By-law to appoint Members to the Board of
Management for the Bowmanville Central Business
Improvement Area.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deems it
expedient to amend By-law #95-60;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington hereby enacts as follows :
THAT By-law #95-60 is hereby amended by adding the following name
thereto:
Councillor Carson Elliott .
By-law read a first and second time this 25th day of
September, 1995 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of
September, 1995 .
