BY-LAW 95-11
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Property
Standards Committee for the Municipality of
Clarington and to repeal By-law 94-6 .
WHEREAS Section 31 (11) of the Planning Act R. S.O. , 1990; provides
for the establishment of a Property Standards Committee composed of
such persons, not fewer than three;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1 . THAT the following persons are hereby appointed to the
Property Standards Committee for a term concurrent with
the term of the appointing Council or until a successor
is appointed:
Joe Bonura, 2 Audrey Court, Courtice, L1E 2B3
Douglas Browning, 6160 Vannest Road, Hampton, LOB 1J0
Jim Kondrachuk, 83 Trudeau Drive, Bowmanville, L1C 4K4
Rob Nelson, 8 Victoria Street, Orono, LOB 1M0
Keith Richardson, 1597 Nash Road, Courtice, LlE 2K9
2 . THAT the remuneration be set in accordance with the
budget allocations approved by Council for this purpose .
3 . THAT By-law 94-6 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 16th day of January, 1995 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 16th day of
January, 1995 .
