Home My WebLink About95-106 a i A THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON BY-LAW 95- 106 A By-law to repeal By-law 94-128, being a by-law to amend By-law 79-104, as amended, a By-law to provide for the maintenance, management, regulation and control of Cemeteries in the Municipality of Clarington (formerly the Town of Newcastle). THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT By-law 79-104 be, and the same is hereby amended, by rescinding Schedule "A" attached thereto and replacing it with Schedule"A attached hereto and forming part of this By-law. 2. THAT By-law 94-128 be repealed. 3. THAT this By-law shall come into force and take effect on September 1, 1995,subject to the approval of the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations. By-law read a first and second time this 17 day of July, 1995. By-law read a third time and finally passed this 17 day of July, 1995.
