BY-LAW 95-100
Being a By-law to amend By-law #94-196, being a
By-law to appoint Members to the Clarington
Public Library Board.
The Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
hereby enacts as follows :
1. THAT By-law #94-196 be hereby amended as follows :
In Section l .d) One Representative of the Municipal Council, as
follows :
THAT the following name be deleted:
"Mayor Diane Hamre"
and replaced with:
"Councillor David Scott" .
By-law read a first and second time this 17th day of July, 1995 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 17th day of
July, 1995 .
