HomeMy WebLinkAbout95-10 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON BY-LAW 95-10 Being a By-law to repeal By-laws 93-29 and 92-8, and to establish the Local Architectural Advisory Committee for the Municipality of Clarington. WHEREAS Section 28 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter 0. 18 states that : "The Council of a municipality may by by-law establish a Local Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee composed of not fewer than five members appointed by the Council to advise and assist the Council on all matters relating to this Part and Part V, R.S.O. 1980, C. 337, 5. 28, parts . " NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1 . THAT the Local Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee is hereby established and the following persons are hereby appointed to the Local Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Council or until a successor is appointed: Tom Barrie, 3006 Concession Street East, Bowmanville, L1C 3K5 E. John Bizzell, 4340 Concession Road 5,R.R.#l, Orono, LOB 1M0 Mavis Carlton, 119 Cove Road, Bowmanville, L1C 3K3 Janie Dodds, 3917 Concession Road 8, R.R. #1, Orono, LOB 1M0 Diana Grandfield, 631 Mill Street, R.R. #8, Newcastle, L1B 1L9 Lynn Barbara Lovekin, 196 Lovekin Road, Newcastle, LiB 1L9 Eleanor Magder, 6720 Jewell Road, Orono, LOB 1M0 Nancy Miller, 6537 Werry Road, Hampton, LOB 1J0 William G. By-laws 93-29 and 92-8 are hereby repealed. By-law read a first and second time this 16th day of January, 1995 . By-law read a third time and finally passed this 16th day of January, 1995 .
