be~ng a by-law to appoint a Director of Planning
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That Leslie L. Kristof is hereby appointed Director of Planning of
the Town of Newcastle during the pleasure of Council.
2. Leslie L. Kristof shall be paid for his services such sum annually
as the Council by Resolution or By-law, from time to time, determine.
3. The said appointment shall be effective the fifteenth day of May,
1978.
4. By-Law No. 78-10 is hereby repealed.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME and finally passed this 8th day of
May, A.D. 1978.
