THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 78-29
being a by-law to further amend By-law No. 76-3~
WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to regulate the parking of
vehicles on the west side of Vmrtin Road in the former Town of Bowmanvi11e.
NOW THEREFORE, be it enacted and it is hereby enacted as a by-law
of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as follows:
1. Schedule B (former Town of Bowmanville) to By-law 76-30 is
hereby amended by changing the word "both" in Column II of //22
to "West" so that it reads as follows:

Martin Road
West
Baseline Road to
Alonna Street.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME and finally passed this
10th day of April, 1978.
