THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 78-13
A By-Law to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 73-15
of the former Village of Newcastle
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it advisable
to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 73-15 of the former Village of Newcastle;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 6 of By-law 73-15, as amended, entitled "Plate 'B'. Permitted
uses in Zones, Text" is hereby further amended by adding to Section 6(p)
after the words "in an existing church", the words "or parish hall" so
that the section shall now read as follows:
"(p) In the CF-l zone only, a nursery school in an existing church or
parish hall shall be a permitted use".
2. Plate "A" of By-law 73-15 is hereby amended by changing to CF-l the
zone symbol of the lands designated "Zone Change to CF-l" on the
attached schedule "X" hereto.
3. This By-law shall come into effect on the date hereof, subject to
receiving the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
