THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 78-118
being a by-law to amend By-law #76-30
being a by-law to provide for the reg-
ulating of Parking, Standing and Stopping
on Highways under the jurisdiction of the
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle and
on private and municipal property.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That Section IX of By-law No. 76-30 be amended by adding the following
subsection (10)
IX (10) Council, by resolution, may designate an area or areas for
a certain period to be exempt from the payment of parking fees.

BY-LAW READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME and finally passed this
18th day of December, 1978.
