THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW No. 78-108
WHEREAS by Agreement dated the Ninth day of December,
1969, between Ontario Hydro and the Corporation of the Townhip of Darlington
(which Agreement is hereinafter called "The Street Lighting Agreement"), the
Corporation contracted with the Ontario Hydro for the lighting of streets in
that area of the Town as described in the Corporation of the Township of
Darlington By-Law No. 2425:
AND WHEREAS the Corporation desires that the Street Lighting
Agreement shall also apply to an additional area in the Town as hereinafter
described:
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1.
THAT the Street Lighting Agreement shall apply to that additional
area in the Town as hereinafter described, name1y:-
Solina Investments Industrial Park
Lot 30, Concession 1, former Township of Darlington.
CIGAS ROAD
2.
THAT 100% of the costs incurred by the Corporation under the
Street Lighting Agreement for the lighting of streets in the said
additional area shall be assessed and levied on the rateable
property in the area.
3.
THAT 0% of the costs so incurred by the Corporation shall be paid
by the Corporation.
