THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 79- fC
being a by-law to rescind By-Law No. 78~l05
being a by-law to expropriate certain lands
required for the installation of a culvert for
the Foster Creek under the Road Allowance between
Concession 2 and 3 of the Geographic Township of
Clarke, formerly the County of Durham, now within
the limites of the Town of Newcastle.
The Corporation of the Town of Newcast1"e hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT By-law No. 78-105, passed by the Council of the Town of
Newcastle on the 20th day of November, 1978, being a by-law
to expropriat~ certain lands required for the installation of
a culvert for the Foster Creek under the Road Allowance
between Concession 2 and 3 of the Geographic Township of
Clarke, formerly the County of Durham, now within the limits
of the Town of Newcastle, is hereby repealed.
