THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 79-52
Being a by-law to amend By-Law No. 78-53 being
a by-law to govern the proceedings of the Council
of the Town of Newcastle and of its Committees,
the conduct of its members and the calling of
meetings.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby enacts
as follows:-
(1) That Seetion l5.l2(c) of By-Law No. 78-53 be hereby amended by
adding the following words:-
"but the requirement of written resolutions
shall be at the discretion of the mover."
By-Law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day
of June, 1979.
