By-law No. 79- 49

Being a by-law to amend By-law No. 79-1, being a by-law for
the regulation of parking, standing or stopping on highways
under the jurisdiction of The Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle
WHEREAS, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle on the 15th
day of January, 1979, did enact By-law No. 79-1 for the regulation of parking,
standing or stopping on highways under the jurisdiction of The Corporation of
the Town of Newcastle;
AND WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to amend the said by-law to regulate the
parking of vehicles on the west side of Frank Street in the former Town of
4It Bowmanville;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby
ENACTS as follows:-
(1) Schedule A (No Parking) to By-law #79-1 is hereby amended by adding thereto
and under the corresponding column thereof, the following -
#39 Frank Street - West - south limits of King Street for
a distance of 60.92 meters southerly
