THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 79-27
Being a by-law to appoint a Vinecto~
06 Planning.
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:-
L,
1) That Donald Smith is hereby appointed Director of Planning of the
Town of Newcastle during the pleasureTof Council.
2) Donald Smith shall be paid for his services such sum annually as the
Council by Resolution or By-law, from time to time, determine.
3) The said appointment shall be effective the Ninth day of April, 1979.
4) By-Law No. 78-39 is hereby repealed.
~ By-Law read a first and second time this 2nd day of April, 1979.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 2nd day of April, 1979.
