Fund.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle has established a
Parking Reserve Fund as described in the Ontario Municipal Act Section 352(72) (e);
AND WHEREAS it is deemed advisable that the net revenue derived from
the issue of parking tickets be credited to this fund;
AND WHEREAS the Municipal Act Section 308(1) authorizes the inclusion in
the annual estimates of amounts to be credited to revenue funds;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Treasurer will include in the annual
estimates an amount to be credited to the Parking Reserve Fund which shall
comprise of the total revenue derived from the issue of Parking Tickets less
any expenses incurred in there issue.
BY-LAW READ a first and second time this 26th day of March, 1979.
BY-LAW READ a third time and finally passed this 26th day of March, 1979.
