BY-LAW NO. 79-124
Being a By-law to amend By-law #79-1, being a By-Law
for the regulation of parking, standing, or stopping
on highways under the jurisdiction of The Corporation
of The Town of Newcastle
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of The Town of Newcastle did enact
By-law #79-1 for the regulation of parking, standing, or stopping on highways
under the jurisdiction of The Corporation of The Town of Newcastle.
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend the said By-law to regulate the
stopping of vehicles on the north side of King Street in the area of Temperance
Street.
THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of The Town of Newcastle hereby Enacts
as follows:-
(1) Schedule 'B' "No stopping" of By-Law fJ79-1 is hereby amended by adding
the following:-
- Column I Column 11 Column 111 Column IV
Highway Side Between Times of Days
King Street North 32m west of Anytime
Temperance St.
King Street North 35m east of Anytime
Temperance St.
