REPEALED BY
BY-LAW #'1..1:.<?~~
BY-LAW .NOL79~121
Being a by-law to amend By~law No. 79-1,
being a by~law to provide for the regulation
of parking, standing and stopping on highways
under the jurisdiction of The Corporation of
the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it desirable to amend By-law No. 79-1;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
(i) Schedule "E" (respecting locations of parking meters) of
By-law No. 79-1 be amended by deleting the following;
"25 cents for 3 hours" under Column V for Church Street.
(ii)
Schedule liE" of By-law No. 79-1 under Column V for Church Street
be amended by substituting the following:
"10 cents for 1 hour or 25 cents for 2~ hours".
