THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 79-113
Being a by-law to rescind By-Law No. 79-29 being a
by-law to stop up and close part of travelled road
within Lot 32, Ninth Concession, Geographic Township
of Clarke, former County of Durham, designated as Part 3-
Plan lOR-9lS.
The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT By-Law No. 79-29, passed by Council of the Town of Newcastle
on the 9th day of April, 1979, being a by-law to stop up and close
part of travelled road within Lot 32, Ninth Concession, Geographic
Township of Clarke, former County of Durham, designated as Part 3
on Plan lOR-9lS, is hereby rescinded.
BY-LAW READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME, and finally passed
