THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 91-16
being a by-law to appoint Members to
the Property Standards Committee for
the Town of Newcastle
WHEREAS Section 31(11) of the Planning Act, 1983, as amended,
provides for the establishment of a Property Standards Committee
composed of such persons, not fewer than three;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed to the
Property Standards Committee for a term expiring November
30, 1991:
Charmaine Dunn, 56 West Beach, Bowmanville, LIC 3K9
Barrie Welch, General Delivery, Kendal, LOA 1EO
Pat Pingle, Box 49, R.R. #2, Bowmanville, LIC 3K3
Gerald Ryan, 12 Hailey Court, Bowmanvill~, L1C 3X5
Judy Arnold, 88 Homefield Square, Bowmanville, L1E lL2
2. THAT the remuneration be set in accordance with the budget
allocations approved by Council for this purpose.
