CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 90- 90
Being a By-law to amend By-law 79-75 "Being a
By-law to authorize speed limits on highways
under the jurisdiction of the Town of
Newcastle" as amended;
THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby
enacts as follows:
1. THAT Schedule "B" Part 1 to By-law 79-75, as amended, is
further amended by deleting the following reference:

2. THAT this by-law shall come into force on the date it is approved
by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when
signs to the effect are erected.
By-Law read a first time this 28th day of May 1990.
By-law read a second time this 28th day of May 1990.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 28th day of May 1990.
