THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 90- 182
being a By-law to designate a certain portion of registered plan 10M-807 as not being subject to Part
Lot ControL
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it desirable to exempt from
Part Lot Control, Block 74 on Plan 10M-807 and Lots 16 to 22, 65 to 60, 76 to 80, 110 to 112, 119 to
180 and Blocks 144 to 148 all inclusive on Plan 10M-889 registered respectively on April 25, 1988 and
August 15, 1990 at the Land Registry OffICe for the Land Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. THAT Subsection (5) of Section 49 of the Planning Act shall not apply to those lands described
in Paragraph 2 within the By-law.
2. THAT this By-law shall come into effect upon being approved by the Regional Municipality of
Durham and thereafter Subsection (6) of Section 49 shall cease to apply to the following lands:
1. Block 74 on Plan 10M-807
2. Lots 16 to 22, 55 to 60, 76 to 80, 110 to 112, 119 to 180 and Blocks 144 to 148 all
inclusive on Plan 10M-B89
