THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 90-150
Being a by-law to amend By-law 79-1, being a by-
law for the regulation of parking, standing or
stopping on highways under the jurisdiction of the
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle.
AND WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to amend the said by-law to create
a School Bus Loading Zone on the west side of Queen Avenue and to delete
the existing Queen Street School Bus Loading Zone in the former Town of
Bowmanville;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Newcastle, hereby ENACTS as
follows:
1. Schedule 'K' (School Bus Loading Zone) to By-law 79-1 is hereby
amended by adding thereto and under the corresponding column
thereof, the following:
