CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 90- 113
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
transfer of lands between the Town of Newcastle and
the Northumberland and Newcastle Board of Education.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle and seal
with the Corporation's Seal, a transfer of land lands between
the Corporation and the Northumberland and Newcastle Board of
Education with respect to the acquisition of Parts 1 and 3,
Plan 10R-3657, being in Part of Lots 29 and 30, Concession 2,
Former Township of Darlington, now in the Town of Newcastle.
BY-LAW read a first time this 25th day of June 1990.
BY-LAW read a second time this 25th day of June 1990.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of June 1990.
