THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 88-98
being a by-law to authorize execution of an
Offer to Sell 0.050 hectares located in Part
Lot 13, Concession 1, former Town of Bowmanville,
now in the Town of Newcastle, Regional Municipality
of Durham
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle,
and seal with the Corporation's Seal, an "Offer to Sell"
between the Regional Municipality of Durham and the said
Corporation, dated the 28th day of June 1988, in the
form attached hereto as Schedule "X".
2. THAT Schedule "X" attached hereto forms part of this
by-law.
By-law read a first and second time this 11th day of July 1988
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 11th day of
July 1988
