THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-law No. 88- 84
Being a by-law to amend By-law #79-1, being a by-law
for the regulation of parking, standing or stopping
on highways under the jurisdiction of The Corporation
of the Town of Newcastle
AND WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to amend the said by-law to prohibit parking
on the north side of Prince Street, from Liberty Street, east to a point
immediately west of the private residence located at #18 Prince Street, in the
former Town of Bowmanville;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby
ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule IAI (No Parking) to By-law #79-1 is hereby amended by adding
thereto and under the corresponding column thereof, the following:
