THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 88-40
being a by-law to authorize the execution
of certain easements in favour of the
Regional Municipality of Durham with
respect to Parts21 and 2t Plan 10R-2858
(Parts of Edsall and Rehder Avenues)
THE COUNCIL .OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute, on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, and
seal with the Corporation seal, easement documents with
respect to Parts 1 and 2, Plan 10R-2858, in favour of
the Regional Municipality of Durham.
By-law read a first and second time this 28th day of March 1988
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 28th day of March 1988
