CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 88 - 175
Being a by-law of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
to repeal By-Laws 88 - 38 and 88 - 144 entitled "A By-lLaw
to appoint a Deputy Clerk" and "A By-Law to appoint an
Acting Clerk" respectively.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT By-Laws 88 - 38 and 88 - 144 regarding the appointment of
Patti L. Barrie as Deputy Clerk and Acting Clerk respectively be
repealed.
By-Law read a first and second time this 7th day of November 1988
By-law read a third and final time this 7th day of November 1988
