being a by-law to amend By-law 79-68, a
by-law to establisb a Board of Management
to operate a Musewn on its behalf
(Clarke Museum)
WHE:REAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it desirable
to amend By-law 79-68.
NOW TBBREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF NEWCAS'l'LE HEREBY ENAC'1'S AS POLLOWS:
1. Section )(d) of By-law 79-68 is amended by deleting the whole thereof, and
substituting the following therefor:
(d) of the other five members of the Board, the appointments
and re-appointments shall be at the pleasure of the CoWlcil
and, unless sooner removed, the members shall hold office
until the expiration of the term of the Council that
appointed them and until their successors are appointed.
