CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 88 - 146
being a by-law to authorize the execution of an Agreement of Purchase and
Sale between the Town of Newcastle and the landowner
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
and seal with the Corporation's Seal, an Agreement of Purchase
and Sale between the Corporation and the landowner, with respect
to the acquisition of .52 acres of land being Lot 10, Part Lot 9
former Village of Newtonville and Part Lot 8, Concession 2 former
Township of Clarke now in the Town of Newcastle.
