BY-LAW 88-143
being a by-law to repeal By-law 81-38 of the
Town of Newcastle and entitled "A By-law
to Appoint a Town Clerk".
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
A..S FOLLOWS:
THAT By-law 81-38 appointing David W. Oakes as Clerk of the Town of
Newcastle be repealed.
BY-LAW read a first time this 26th day of September 1988.
BY-LAW read a second time this 26th day of September 1988.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 26th day of
September 1988.
