BY-LAW 88-127
being a by-law to dedicate certain lands as
a public highway in the Town of Newcastle
(Lakeshore Road, Part of Lot 25, Broken Front
COncession, Darlington)
BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF
THE TOWN NEWCASTLE BY THE COUNCIL THEREOF AS FOLLOWS:
The following land is hereby established as a Public Highway known as
Lakeshore Road in the former Township of Darlington, now in the Town of
Newcastle.
The said land hereby established as a Public Highway is described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR THAT certain parcel or tract
of land and premises, situate, lying and being
in the TOwn of Newcastle, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham, located in Part of
Lot 25, Broken Front Concession, of the former
Township of Clarke, now within the limits of the
Town of Newcastle, Regional Municipality of
Durham, more particularly described as Block 8
on Registered Reference plan lOM-758, deposited
in the Land Registry Office for the Registry
Division of Newcastle (No.lO), on October 19, 1984.
By-law read a first and second time this 12th day of September 1988.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 12th day of September 1988
