THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 88-113
being a by-law declaring that Part II of the
Provincial Offences Act, R.S.O. 1980, Chapter
400, as amended, applies in respect of parking
infractions under by-laws in the municipality
WHEREAS by-laws may be passed by the Councils of municipalities
pursuant to the Provincial Offences Act R.S.O. 1980, Chapter 400,
as amended, in respect of parking infractions under by-laws in the
municipality.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
NE.WCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Part II of the Provincial Offences Act R.S.O. 1980,
Chapter 400, as amended, applies in respect of all parking
infractions under by-laws, as amended, in the Town of
Newcastle in the Judicial District of Durham.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into force and effect on
November 1, 1988, subject to the approval of the Lieutenant
Governor in Council.
3. THAT By-law Number 88-37 of the Town of Newcastle is hereby
repealed.

By-law read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of July 1988
