THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 87- 94
being a by-law to amend By-law 86-154 entitled
Ila by-law to establish and appoint a Conunittee
of Management to operate a Community Centre on
behalf of the Town of Newcastle
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Section Eleven (11) which reads as follows:
"11. That on orueefore the 1st day of March
in each year, the Committee shall submit its
annual report for the preceeding year to
Council including a complete audited and
certified financial statement of its affairs
with balance sheet and revenue and expenditure
statement",
be and is hereby deleted in its entirety.
2. THAT Schedule "A" to By-law 86-154 be amended by the addition
of the words:
"or designate" following the word
"President" in the section detailing Lions Club Nominees.

By-law read a third time and finally passed this 11th day of May 1987
