THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 87 - 47
being a by-law to authorize execution of an agreement with
the Regional Municipality of Durham for the recovery of the
Town of Newcastle1s front-end costs, related to the
installation of services on Cemetery Road.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, and seal
with the Corporation Seal, an agreement between the Regional
Municipality of Durham and the said Corporation for the recovery
of the Town of Newcastle's front-end costs of services on
Cemetery Road, a copy of which agreement is attached as
Schedule IIAII to this by-law.
By-Law read a first and second time this 9th day of March 1987
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 9th day of
March 1987
