THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 87 - 46
being a by-law to authorize execution of an agreement with
Paramount Packaging Inc. for the payment of their share of the
cost of upgrading Cemetery Road including the installation of
storm sewers and other components.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, and seal
with the Corporation Seal, an agreement between Paramount
Packaging Inc. and the said Corporation for the payment of
their share of the cost of upgrading Cemetery Road including
the installation of storm sewers and other components, a copy
of which agreement is attached as Schedule "A" to this by-law.
By-Law read a fi rst and second time this 9th day of March 1987
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 9th day of
March 1987
