THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 87 - 44
being a by-law to authorize execution of an agreement with
Paramount Packaging Inc. with respect to the sale of
industrial land owned by the Town of Newcastle
(Cemetery Road Industrial Lands)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS;
That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, and seal
with the Corporation Seal, an agreement between Paramount Packaging
Inc. and the said Corporation with respect to the sale of
industrial land owned by the Town of Newcastle, a copy of which
agreement of purchase and sale is attached as Schedule IIAII
to this by-law.
By-Law read a first and second time this 9th day of March 1987
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 9th day of March 1987
