being a by-law to repeal By-law 85-33 of
the Town of Newcastle entitled lIa by-law
of the Town of Newcastle to appoint a
Director of Community Services
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT By-law 85-33, appointing Jan Devantier as Director of
Community Services for the Town of Newcastle is repealed
effective from 4:30 p.m., February 3, 1987.
By-law read a first and second time this 9th day of February 1987
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 9th day of
February 1987
