THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 87- 20'2
being a by-law to amend By-law 85-138,
entitled "a by-law to appoint the Members
of the Newcastle Public Library Board"
WHEREAS pursuant to the requirements of the Public Libraries Act,
1984, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle established
the composition of the Newcastle Public Library Board;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Section One (1) of By-law 85-138, as amended by By-law 87-74,
is deleted and the following substituted therefore:
1. The membership of the Newcastle Public Library Board shall
be composed of the following persons:
Evelyn Stroud
John O'Toole
William S. Lover
Aileen I?loss
Erla Jose
Nancy K. Charland
Carolyn Sproatt
F. Mark Woodrow
Councillor Ann Cowman
2. THAT By-law 87-74 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 14th day of December 1987
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 14th day of December 1987
