CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY-LAW 87 - 195 BEING A BY-LAW OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE TO APPOINT AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That Mrs. Janet C. O'Neill is hereby appointed Administrative Assistant to the Director of Public Works of the Town of Newcastle, effective July 27 1987; 2. That the duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Public Works shall be in accordance with By-Law 87 - 194 as may be amended from time to time; 3. That Mrs. Janet C. O'Neill shall be remunerated at Level 6, Step 9 in accordance with the Salary Administration program of the Town of Newcastle; 4. That Mrs. Janet C. O'Neill shall be entitled to all other employee benefits for non-affiliated staff as may be determined from time to time; 5. That By-LaW 82 - 154 be rescinded.
