THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 87 - 113
being a By-law to repeal the Hawkers and Pedlars
by-laws of the Town of Newcastle1s predecessor
municipalities: former Town of Bowmanville, former
Village of Newcastle, former Township of Darlington,
former Township of Clarke.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it
advisable to repeal certain by-laws of its predecessor municipalities;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLOWS:
1. THAT THE FOLLOWING BY-LAWS SHALL BE AND ARE HEREBY REPEALED EFFECTIVE
DECEMBER 31ST, 1987.
(a) FORMER TOWN OF BOWMANVILLEBy-law 69-33;
(b) FORMER VILLAGE OF NEWCASTLE By-law 730;
(c) FORMER TOWNSHIP OF DARLINGTON By-l aw 2273;
(d) FORMER TOWNSHIP OF CLARKE By-law 1704.
