THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY -LAW NUMBER 87 - 111
being a By-law to authorize the release of a Temporary Turning Circle/Easement;
being located within Lots 55 and 56 on Plan 10M-781; more particularly
described as Parts 2 and 3 on Plan 10R-2317.

The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of
the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, and seal with the Corporation1s seal,
a release of a Temporary Turning Circle/Easement on Lots 55 and 56, Plan
lOM-781, more particularly described as Parts 2 and 3 on Plan 10R-2317, in the
form attached hereto as Schedule IIX".
2. THAT Schedule IIX" attached hereto forms part of this by-law.

The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, having a legal in the lands
registered as Parcels 55-1 and 56-1, in the Register for Section 10M-78l,
having the benefit of an easement over part of Parcels 55-1 and 56-1,
Section 10M-781, registered September 12, 1985 as Numbers 5042 and 5043,
hereby applies to have the Registers for the said parcels amended by
deleting therefrom the said easements as to the following described lands
namely: Part of Lots 55 and 56, Plan 10M-78l, designated as Parts 2 and 3,
Plan 10R-2317. ,
The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby declares that it no longer
requires said easement and for this reason this application is being made.
