HomeMy WebLinkAbout94-65 ~ THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON BY-LAW NUMBER 94- 65 being a By-law to designate a certain portion of Registered Plan 40M-1754 and Registered Plan 40M-1755 as not subject to Part Lot Control WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it advisable to exempt from Part Lot Control, Lots 1-19 inclusive on Plan 40M-1754 registered at the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Durham (No. 40) and Lots 8-9 inclusive, Lots 20-52 inclusive and Blocks 53-55 inclusive on Plan 40M-1755 registered at the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Durham (No. 40). NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows: 1 . That Subsection (5) of Section 50 of the Planning Act shall not apply to those lands described in paragraph 2 within the By-law. 2. That this By-law shall come into effect upon being approved by the Regional Municipality of Durham and thereafter Subsection (5) of Section 50 shall cease to apply to the following lands: i) Lots 1 to 19 inclusive on Plan 40M-1754 ii) Lots 8 to 9 inclusive on Plan 40M-1755 iii) Lots 20 to 52 inclusive on Plan 40M-1755 iv) Blocks 53 to 55 inclusive on Plan 40M-1755 BY-LAW READ a first time this 25th day of April 1994.
