WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington deems it desirable to amend By-law 91-58;
BY-LAW 94- 204
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58 being a
By-law to Regulate Traffic on Highways,
Municipal and Private Property in the
Municipality of Clarington
NO~THEREFORE the Council of The Municipality of Clarington enacts
as follows:
1) Schedule XV "Through Highways" of By-law 91-58 is amended by
deleting the following reference:
Column 1
Hiqhway

Nash Road

and 3)

Road No. 34

2) Schedule XVI "Stop Signs" of By-law 91-58 is amended by adding
the following reference:

Nash Road and
Hancock Road
(Darlington)
Eastbound on Nash Road
Nash Road and
Hancock Road
(Darlington)
Westbound on Nash Road
3) This By-law shall come into force on the date that it is
approved by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham
and when signs to the effect are erected.
