THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 94 _127
being a By-law to appoint Michael P. Wiggins as a By-law Enforcement Officer.
WHEREAS, the Police Services Act RSO 1990, Chapter P. 15, Section 15(1) authorizes
a Council of any Municipality to appoint one or more By-law Enforcement Officers, who
shall be Peace Officers for the purpose of enforcing the By-laws of the Municipality; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to appoint Michael P. Wiggans as a By-law Enforcement
Officer by By-Iw for the sole purpose of enforcing the traffic By-law as amended;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
hereby enacts as follows:
1. THAT Michael P. Wiggins is hereby appointed as a By-law Enforcement Officer
for the purpose of enforcing the Traffic By-law within the Municipality of
Clarington.
