THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 94-113
Being a by-law to establish and layout a
public highway and name the highway Leigh
street in Part Lot 28, Conces sion 5,
former Township of Clarke, now
Municipality of Clarington.
The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby
establishes and lays out the highway specifically described as
Part Lot 28, Concession 5, more specifically described as Part
2, Plan 40R15546, Schedule 'A', and forming part of this By-
law, former Township of Clarke, in accordance with the
Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.M.45, s.297.
WHEREAS the adjacent property owner has consented to the
establishing and laying out of the highway; and
WHEREAS the Municipality is purchasing the property in
accordance with s.301 of the Municipal Act, the by-law was not
published.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. THAT Part 2, Plan 40R15546 located in Lot 28, Concession
5, former Township of Clarke, is hereby laid out and
established as public highway and named Leigh Street
under the jurisdiction of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington.
BY-LAW read a first time this 11 thday of July 1994.
BY-LAW read a second time this 11 th day of July 1994.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this11 th day of July
1994.
