BY-LAW 94-110
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58 being a
By-law to Regulate Traffic on Highways,
Municipal and Private Property in the
Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington deems it desirable to amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of Clarington enacts
as follows:
1). Schedule XVI "STOP SIGNS" of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
A) adding the following references:
Column 1
Intersections
Column 2
Facinq Traffic
Church Street and George
Street (Bowrnanville)
Eastbound on Church Street
Church Street and George
Street (Bowrnanville)
Westbound on Church Street
2) This By-law shall corne into Force on the date that it is
approved by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham
and when signs _to the effect are erected.
BY-LAW ~ead a first and second time this 11th day of July, 1994.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 11th day of July,
1994.
